Aluminum siding on mobile homes can be rather easily replaced using the pre-painted rolls of aluminum siding. These can be purchased through metal fabrication shops and can be painted standard colors or may be able to be custom painted to match your color requirements.
If you don't have the right tools, mobile home repair can be much more difficult. If you don't want to buy the tools, many equipment rental companies will rent power saws, nailers and even drills for days or even weeks. Compare the cost of renting with buying before you make the decision.
New mobile homes will be covered with a warranty. If any damage occurs or if repairs are needed always contact the manufacturer and check the warranty to see if the repair will be covered. If you start repairs prior to checking the warranty you may invalidate the agreement as per the written terms.
