If the leaks are severe or there is a total hose break or failure and you have no replacement do not try to drive the car any further. By driving the car without proper coolant you can seize the engine and ruin the water pump, resulting in a full engine replacement to make the vehicle serviceable again.
It is possible to fix small damaged areas in a radiator using some basic soldering or braising if you have the right tools and equipment. If you are doing your own repair be sure to pressure test your solder joints before heading out on the road.
When you are looking for radiator repair look into some of the different options that are available to you as far as warranty coverage. See if they have something that is still covered either under the original warranty or if you have an extended one that you purchased.
